Before attempting any of the recommended troubleshooting steps for this specific problem, you will need to restart your computer first as this will usually fix most of the problems caused by minor software bugs.

  • Make sure your browser allows secure content

You receive this error message if your browser blocks the display of protected content. Follow these steps to resolve this issue. Select the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar. Select settings. Scroll down and select advanced options. In the Privacy and Security section, select Content Settings.
