How to fix Netflix M7703-1003 error?

Error M7703-1003 usually occurs when trying to access Netflix using Google Chrome and is often caused by a component in your browser that needs to be updated. It can also be caused by a component that is blocked by software or security settings. Before attempting any of the recommended troubleshooting steps for this specific problem, you will need to restart your computer first as this will usually fix most of the problems caused by minor software bugs.

  • Make sure your browser allows secure content

You receive this error message if your browser blocks the display of protected content. Follow these steps to resolve this issue. Select the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar. Select settings. Scroll down and select advanced options. In the Privacy and Security section, select Content Settings. Select Safe content and make sure that it shows Websites allow safe content to play (recommended).
